Terms of service

Vela Studio provides web design, development, SEO, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement signed before work begins.

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before final files or site access are transferred. Retainers billed monthly in advance.

All projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance.

Upon full payment, all custom design and code transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise before project start.

We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers — search engine algorithms are outside any agency's control. We guarantee all work is done to the best of our ability, transparently, with your outcomes as the primary goal.
